Headline tools that create clicks can be hard to find if you really need one. Are you struggling with writing the headlines in your emails and blogs that capture people’s attention?

Headline Tool Need

One of the things that we are always focused on when it comes to the marketing of our private practices is making sure that our content gets seen by the most amount of possible.

And, this is particularly true if you are doing an email marketing campaign, creating newsletters to send out, and blogging.

So, the key to success in those two environments is to create a headline for your blog or a subject line for your newsletter.

This ensures it’s intriguing enough for people to read further, to open the email or to click on the blog and read.

So I’ve got a really great tool that I think will be really helpful to all of you, that I wanted to share.

The website is called Advanced Marketing Institute.com.

So once you get to this website, if you click the hyperlink that says “free headline analyzer”, it’s a really cool tool that will let you know the strength of the headline that you’re creating.

And let’s say our first attempt is “five tools that will grow your practice.” Let’s say that’s the name of our blog or even the subject line of the newsletter that you want to email out to everybody.

So then you come down and you click on the drop down and you can select an industry.

And I’m just going to go ahead and do a business in professional settings. Then you just click on the button that says “submit for analysis”.

Creating Headline Clicks

So you can see here it’s giving me a score of 28.57%, which is not all that great. It tells you that the average is around 30 to 40%.

But if you can hit in the 50 to 75% range, then you’re really doing great.

And you’re pretty much assured that people are going to go ahead and click on it. Because it’s enticing enough for them to read.

Now going to go down to the bottom where it says “analyze another headline” and we’re going to go ahead and take another crack at it.

So our second attempt is “tools that will help lead your practice to success”. Okay. And then we’re going to go ahead and we’re going to do the exact same thing.

We’re going to click on “business and professional” settings, although select whatever industry is most relevant to you.

And then we’re going to click on where it says submit for analysis again.

Improving Headline Clicks

So now we’ve seen some improvement. Now we’re in the 33.33% range, which they’re saying is pretty normal.

And again, these are based on emotional value words.

So that’s the secret to our success here.

Because really, if you stop and think about when you read something it’s based on whatever emotion is triggered within you when you read that headline. So that’s what we’re after here.

So we’re going to go ahead and try again.

Now our last attempt is “tools four creating and enviable practice”.

Because I’m thinking “enviable practice” … that’s gotta be a good emotional keyword to use there. So let’s try this again and see what happens this time.

Headline Tool Meets Success!

Bam! We’re right up at 50%.

Now it gives you all of the ways that you are impacting people and gives an explanation of the score.

And, like I mentioned, I use this tool whenever I am writing a blog or when I’m doing a newsletter I put the subject line through this test before I send it out.

Or if I’m writing a blog, I put the headline of the blog through this test before I publish it to make sure that it’s seen by as many people as possible.

Because really, if you stop and think about it, your blogs and your newsletters take a significant amount of your time to create, don’t they?

So you need to really make sure that you’re going to get the most bang for your buck and it’s going to be seen by as many people as possible.

So now you have a tool that you can use to write the headlines that will give you the clicks that you need.
