So that means if your offering telehealth services, reach out and do an email campaign to let people know that your offering telehealth services.

If you’re adjusting your hours of operations, even if that’s online, let people know about the change.

You can also utilize email marketing to offer online workshops that you’re creating right now, or courses that you’re doing.

You can utilize, weekly emails to offer tips and tricks and hacks on how they can endure through quarantine. There are so many ways that you can offer value to your audience right now through email marketing.

And for those of you that have practiced concerned with HIPAA compliance, there is Lucxi’s Spotlight Mailer and Clinical Contact.

But keep in mind that if you’re utilizing email marketing for the reasons I just mentioned, HIPAA compliance doesn’t come into play. HIPAA compliance comes into play if you’re talking about specific clinical information and or the names of clients.

But this is purely marketing. So you really don’t need to worry about HIPAA compliance where THIS is concerned.

So, utilize email marketing right now to stay in contact with your audience.

Also, utilize social media as a means of getting people to sign up for your newsletters. You want to grow that list as much as possible and really hold these people close to you right now.

Everyone is feeling the panic and the fear right now.

And, if you can be that calm voice in the storm, even if it’s through an email, you are going to be the person that they are going to remember on the other side of this whole thing.

It is those practitioners who are offering value right now that will come out the other side so much stronger than ever before.

Emails with Value

So, if you provide value in those emails, they’re going stay with you for the long haul.

But also keep in mind, it’s the title of your email in the subject line that’s going to determine whether or not people swipe and throw it in the trashcan or click to read on.

So your emails need to instantly offer value to people so that they open it up and they read it and they look forward to your next email.
